The principle of operation of a two-head 3D printer is based on FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) methods. This technology allows you to print three-dimensional objects by applying layer by layer of molten plastic filament until a final 3D model is obtained. Filaments guarantee the strength of the model, as well as its high accuracy.

The use of two heads in the device allows the use of PVA support material, soluble in water, which ensures consistent colors and perfect print shape.

SLS – Selective Laser Sintering is a 3D printing technology that allows 3D printing of several 3D models, parts or finished parts in one 3D printing. Printed details do not require the use of supports, with more difficult geometries, so the product does not require further processing. This allows designers to design very complex 3D models without having to adapt them to the 3D printing process.

The 3D printing technology in SLS consists in the selective firing of the cross-sectional shape of the model in the polyamide powder layer applied by the device. This process is repeated until the height of the 3D print is obtained.

After 3D printing, the additive material that has not been sintered by laser is removed with an industrial vacuum cleaner. Uncooked material is used again, after mixing it in the right proportions with the material not used in heat treatment.

Polyjet technology involves curing the photosensitive photopolymer with a UV light beam. In Polyjet technology, liquid photopolymer is sprayed onto the model through a nozzle and then cured with UV light. This property allows the use of many materials at the same time and mixing of materials with different properties.
As a result, thanks to the Polyjet technology, we can achieve complex geometries using leached support material, rigid and flexible elements, and even transparent.
