The Wrocław housing market is growing at a dizzying pace. More and more often, luxury apartments are made of revitalized industrial buildings (such as the Różanka mill) or decaying tenement houses. The process of restoring such buildings starts with a decent project, and in turn, you need real visualizations of the actual state. We have verified such documents.
OKRE Development transforms a tenement house from the beginning of the 20th century, located at Księcia Witolda 38-40 street in Wrocław, with 84 apartments, commercial premises and offices. The property was scanned by us with the laser scanner. We made 642 scans insinde and outside of the building. A point cloud was used to check the correctness of the architectural documentation of the property. In addition, we have developed WebShare to facilitate viewing and analyzing laser scanning data, enabling a virtual return to the scanned object without the need for a personal visit.
