BIM Meetup Poland #3 – expertise, technology, and the kind of networking the industry needs – 3D scanning, GPR and BIM
On March 13-14, 2025, we had the pleasure of participating in one of the most exciting industry events this year – BIM Meetup Poland #3. This gathering brought together everything that truly matters in modern design, data management, and digital transformation: strong technical content, hands-on workshops, and a powerful focus on real human connection.

3D scanning and GPR in practice – integrating data in line with PAS 128
One of the core elements of our participation was a workshop we co-led with Lechosław Trznadel and Artur Pleśniarski, focusing on how to combine data from multiple sources: GPR, 3D laser scanning, and photogrammetric orthophotos.
Participants saw firsthand:

We were thrilled with the level of engagement – the questions, discussions, and feedback all point to a clear trend: the awareness and demand for integrated spatial data is growing fast in Poland.
Next-level networking
Beyond the technical sessions, BIM Meetup Poland #3 offered some of the best networking we’ve seen in a long time. From a relaxed evening of #BIMBowling (shoutout to the BIM Spirits team!) to late-night meetups and early-morning coffees, the connections we made were authentic, meaningful, and full of potential.
We met dozens of new faces from across Poland – designers, engineers, contractors, tech providers, and decision-makers. It was refreshing to see how many people are open to sharing knowledge and building partnerships – even across company lines.
This event proved once again that real innovation happens not through competition, but through collaboration.
