Scan3D at LEAP 2024: New Technologies and Innovations – 3D Scanning, Georadar, Digital Twin in Smart City!
On March 4-7, 2024, we had the honor of participating in the prestigious technological event LEAP 2024 in Riyadh. LEAP is one of the most important industry meetings, gathering experts from around the world to discuss the future of technology, innovations and solutions for Smart Cities. Our presence at this event was extremely important, as it highlighted our commitment to building awareness of the use of advanced technologies such as 3D scanning, underground infrastructure GPR (Georadar), BIM and Digital Twin.
During LEAP 2024, we had several key meetings that focused on the future of 3D scanning technologies and their application in underground infrastructure and facility management (Digital Facility Management). Our team, consisting of Artur Pleśniarski, Michał Dąbrowski and our friends from ICMS Group Mohammed A. Al-Barrak and Assif Hussain, proudly represented scan3D. During talks with partners, we discussed the possibilities of implementing our innovative technologies in projects related to Smart City and the development of digital twins.

The knowledge and experience we have gained over the years proved crucial during these meetings. Understanding the specifics, GPR & Utility, 3D scanning and BIM technology applications was the foundation of our discussions. Clients and partners appreciated our knowledge in the field of 3D scanning of underground infrastructure, especially using ground-penetrating radar (GPR) technology, which emphasized our position as a leader in the market.
Our commitment to Digital Facility Management and the development of Smart City opens up new opportunities for cooperation with international partners. During LEAP 2024, we discussed the implementation of Digital Twin solutions that revolutionize the way urban infrastructure is managed, allowing for better monitoring and management of facilities in real time. Thanks to these technologies, cities of the future will be able to function more efficiently, and underground infrastructure will be better protected and managed.
